Author: Willa Cather Genre: Classic Fiction Age Range YA and up I picked up this book because it was about pioneers, but then realized it was by Willa Cather, who has written many classic books. There is a reason her books are known as classic works. Cather's writing is magical. I love reading about the pioneer era and wanted to feel like I was there in the story.
